With my son and work taking up most of my time my training is limited to these places

living room
my apt stairwell
just outside my apt
the park/jungle gym

I have been able to do some training at Toronto Yonshikai Aikido and Adernaline MMA, but it's hard to commit time to anything regular.

What... an opportunity to respond to 2 threads in the same week with the same picture? Surely I'll never get this lucky again! But, I digress... I train....

Dinamo MMA out of fort wayne. It's small and only covers 4 days out of the week. But it does Judo very well, and the Muay Thai I imagine is about as good as anywhere in the U.S. not named California, Bettendorf, or New Mexico.

I have been training at the Yamasaki Academy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for about 11 years now, and I am fortunate enough to be the head instructor at our place Woodbridge, VA.
