Verbal agreements are in place for a Anthony Johnson vs. Yoshiyuki Yoshida bout at UFC 104 in Los Angeles. The original plan for Johnson was to have fought at the TUF 9 Finale but a knee injury scrapped those plans. He'll now return against Yoshida in October.

He's out on bail, no court date set (that I'm aware of).

First, I am not sure they are felonies. There is some discrepency in that. Second, it won't matter because he is not going to go to prison for something like that. It sounds like he has a clean record so my guess is that he gets some probation.

Yeah, Anthony "Rumble" Johnson, glad to see him fighting at 104. Hopefully, can forget about theses distractions and focus on doing his business in the octagon.

I would love to see Yoshida come out on top, but this is a really tough matchup for him. Johnson may be too good a wrestler to get taken down, although it seems like he's more focused on improving his striking so you never know...

I hope Johnson has a cell phone, otherwise I don't know how they'll get a hold of him to let him know he's fighting on UFC 104.

9 inch reach disadvantage for Yoshida.

Thats all i really need to add. Johnson wins this unless he gets tripped up and has abyssmal transition skills/defense.

Great Fight, If Johnson can stay away from the clinch then I expect a win from him and Yoshida still might be gunshy after the Koscheck KO. How do you guys like the new avatar

This seems to be johnson's fight to lose. After seeing kos knock out yoshida, you have to believe rumble can. Also, his cardio looked better in the second burns fight, so now anyone in his way better watch out.

johnson 2nd round ko/tko

Definetally Rumbles toughest challenge yet. Yoshida is a very good fighter. Don't know who id pick yet.
