do you guys think Clay Guida would fight better if he cut his hair, because its always in his eyes or in his mouth. I personally think he would fight better

I've said it before in another thread, but hair can actually help you. Considering that Guida's goal when fighting is to make the fight as ugly as possible and he wants to smother his opponent as much as possible I'll go with no. Mass amounts of sweaty hair in your face is a very unpleasant thing to deal with when grappling with someone.
I think Guida should be more worried about standup fundamentals than his hair, personally.

Imagine how ZZ Top would do in a grappling match.

Clay doesn't cut his hair because it makes him stand out..for casual fans, something like his hair can make him easily identifiable...can't argue with that. ZZ Top may not be the best band in the world, but what if they had shaved their beards?
Edit: lol, I honestly was typing the same time you were Shawn

well his long hair really works against him, vision and in the judges eyes, I guess if they see all that hair moving arounds maybe it looks like he's taking more damage than he really is.
All I know is, I wouldnt be able to fight with all that hair in my face.

I don't think we'd see a dramatic difference in his abilities if he cut his hair. He seems comfortable with it so I guess that's all that matters.

I think Guida should consider a cut in weight before he chops his mop. He could definitely make a run at 145 IMO.

Unless there is a comparrison to Samson someway i'm not privy to,it has no bearing. If it helps him escape a tri=angle or whatever,i have my doubts.Hiding his eyes with hair could maybe keep his moves a little hidden. Most people follow where they have looked first. So if Clay can hide his eyes a little,he might be able to buy a split second,if that.I think there are pros and cons to have hair in your face.

no because its part of his image and hes trying to become a known fighter...he needs to expand his...his cardio is obviously outstanding and he can wrestle...but he really needs to add muay thai and jui jitsu to his game and start finishing guys

I think he doesnt telegraph his moves as much, but it doesnt matter bc hes on the ground for the majority of his fights, or should be at least.
