I think Cub did the right thing by just falling down, I mean it looks like he got kneed in the eye with one knee and above with with the other Aldo threw.

I'd be curious to see whether or not he broke his orbital. That was a vicious knee. I don't think Cub was totally out, but he was just protecting his own safety. Almost like he truly went into the flight portion of fight or flight mode.
I think the match could have been a lot more competitive than what we saw. It was just one of those instances where a well timed strike ended it early. Awesome job by Aldo, but I feel a little bad that Cub didn't get to showcase any of his skills. In a strange way.

Jordan Breen said it best when he said it looked like Cub went into more of anaphylaxis than unconciousness.
