These days the boys from Cro Cop team are training in full force. After a long break and highly demanding recovery process, Mirko Cro Cop is ready to fight in MMA again.

All problems with injuries are history and Cro Cop is very optimistic to start another chapter in his career:
„I feel great, the recovery process is going well and we train at high intensity now. I never had such a strong desire to prove myself and I'll climb up again, or die trying.“

Mirko's next fight is set for June 13th in Germany, which means that he's back in the UFC, a place that he didn't have his best moments:
„I decided to fight in the UFC again, because of the stronger competition in the heavyweight division. My next opponent will be Mustapha Al-Turk. I didn't do well in my first three appearances - I wasn't myself. By returning to the cage I want to prove that I can still fight at highest level, no matter when or where.“, claims Cro Cop.

All I have to say is I didn't even hear about this. He signed with Dream not to long ago lol.

Im really amped for Mirko's return and I have no doubt he'll get the KO, going back the UFC is the correct decision (regardless of what the haters think). If he losses to top names then he losses top names at least he wants to hang in the UFC, props to Mirko.

EDIT- lollers right, Mirko's injury is suspect, lets hope for a quick KO.

side note- duffee was going to destroy al turk anyway

All I want is for him to be healthy & mentally ready. If he is, i think we will see something good again.

Saw training vids...he looks 100%. Out of the entire vid though I only saw 2 or 3 kicks, he's boxing a ton now and using just leg kicks.

GREAT! FN GREAT NEWS!!!!

Cro Cop has the only style other then a great BJJ that can take a beating and still catch him in the sub, that I think can beat Lesnar. I mean it's even better he's focusing more on boxing so Lesnar can't catch his kicks and take him down as easy. He can chop at his legs and take some of that speed, power, and explosiveness out of them and have a good chance of keeping it on the feet to take Lesnar out. And it's even better because he won't throw as many head kicks meaning they'll be more unexpected then expected so he'll land more of them again.

I love this! He definitely has every tool to destroy any UFC heavyweight. Just chop them down with kicks and take them out! I love it! I hope he dominates!

I think he will match up well against many of the UFC HWs.
Hopefully a Dos Santos or Pat Barry fight in the future
