when I watched it last night I thought the finish ironically looked like a "pro wrestling" match.

Certainly was a strange looking finish imo. Cook's squirming to escape the choke looked more like acting than an actual attempt to escape the choke. A good win for Lashley none the less.

I also thought it looked odd but how many times have we seen a guy of lashleys size and strenght put on a choke. He has alot of power in those arms and he had all his upperbody weight on Cook too. I think it was just something we haven't seen yet.

First thing i thought was this was rigged. Either that or Cook is a wuss. He didn't even try. Really odd.

same thought as everyone else..dude flopped once like a fish and ended being put to sleep..serious..talk bout being fake..or maybe Lashley arms are too huge and choked the crap outta him..either way..i still don't believe what happened in that match...

no Bob Sapp never put a choke on Nogueira..Nogueira slapped on an armbar on Sapp..Bob Sapp has however put on two submission in his MMA career..i think one by guillotine and i know for sure the other one was an armbar..i just saw a gif of that armbar the other day..hahahaha...

not a chance this was fixed

even though I'm sure there are fixed fights in MMA, I doubt this was staged

legs flopping like a fish ~ it's called spasm, and Mike 'the Animal/fish' Cook should be grateful it was just that

muscle spasm is an indication that some sort of sudden, abnormal electrical activity has occurred in the brain
And depending on what part of the brain is affected, the resulting seizure symptoms differ

gee, what's happening to Mike's brain at that time, could it be loss of blood and oxygen due to the fact that Lashley was choking the light out of him? hmmm, could be

like I said, Mike was lucky it was just that (spasm), could be worse, as in the loss of bladder or bowel movement
