“A promotion that has Golden Boy promoter Oscar De La Hoya as an associate, and that might be making ties with HBO television, it is far from collapsing. Affliction has one of the richest men in the world and with a super cable network like HBO, it won’t finish. That’s a lie. The event will still last a long time.”

Hopefully they will. It seems a lot of fans want Affliction to die; with the fleeting hope that the UFC will pick up their fighters in the aftermath.
The thing is, the UFC didn't pick them up when they were free agents before Affliction was around, and probably still wouldn't. Affliction has put on two great shows, and given us a couple Fedor matches stateside against top contenders--so yeah keep em' coming.

MMA on Showtime and HBO would be awesome!
Hope they do get on HBO.

I agree that the two shows have been great but it kind of sucks that they seem to be on pace to only doing two events a year and the cards they have done have only been reshuffeling of the same fighters....if they stick around they are gonna need to step it up
