seems like in picking a clear cut winner half the fights can go either way
this card might be the hardest so far this year for me
i finalized my picks already but man they were hard
fights like

lidell vs shogun
wiman vs stout
malgaues vs marshall
the crow vs short fuse
grant vs chonan
stann vs krystolf

i know i won't win all of them but half would be good
i usually don't change picks at last second but i did switch a couple

which fight gave u the hardest to predict??

Hardonk vs Kongo, becasue I'm a big Hardonk fan but I think that Kongo is just a little bit better, though in the end I'm went with my heart and picked Hardonk.

Yeah these are rough...one of the toughest cards to predict in a while..

I changed two fights this morning...which I hate doing, it usually ends up being a bad decision but I switched to Chonan and Marshall..which the Marshall fight scares me..Vinny owned him on the ground in practice at the TUF house..but he lacks heart and doesn't like being hit..I think Elliot will take advantage of that.

The Hardonk fight scares me to...I think Antoni has better BJJ and Striking..but Kongo has some good gnp and lnp when he needs it..I think Antoni will expose him but I don't know..

Just a tough card..who knows what Shogun will show up..X looked great at weighins..Wiman looked bad in his last fight, but great in the one before that...I hope I score more then 7 points!

chuck and shogun was the toughest for me...they both have a lot on the line...I went with Chuck in the end but I'm still unsure

I think Hardonk vs Kongo is an easy pick. Hardonk is, hands down, the better kickboxer but Kongo is a much better MMA fighter. He could take Herring down almost at will so i doubt he will have a problem taking Hardonk down and pounding him out.

The hardest fight for me to pick is still MacDonald vs Quarry.... i cant figure it out!!!!

but dont forget that Kongo was dropped with the first punch of the fight..which i think scared him into taking Heath down...Antoni hits much harder then Herring so Kongo may not recover if caught this time..

MacDonald Quarry is tough...i think MacDonald will eventually catch him in a sub..but Nate has heavy hands so he may get the KO

I am really excited about tonight, more so then normal even. I agree with above Jason MacDonald vs Nate Quarry. I have Nate Quarry winning by KO, there should be lots of those going on so why not go with the flow.

Which fights are easy to pick would be a better question

Wiman vs Stout, Liddell vs Rua, Sozynski vs Stann, Macdonald vs Quarry, Loiseau vs Herman, the list goes on. All could go either way imo!!

This thread kind of makes me feel better. I thought I may be the only one stressing over my picks. I haven't been this indecisive about a card for as long as I can remember.

Grant/Chonan
Stann/Soszynski
Marshall/Magalhaes
Loiseau/Herman
Wiman/Stout are all hard fights to pick. Hard cards like this can turn into a good learning experience though, and could help make you a better player.

I have no idea what's going to happen in the Loiseau/Herman fight. Right now I am 50-50 on who takes it.

Most of the fights on this card could go either way!

Most difficult is unsurprisingly the hotbout between Marshal and Magalhaes. I've gone back and forth a couple times now.

Soz vs Stann is another really difficult pick. I just have one of those sinking feelings that I'm going to lose this one.

The Lidell/Rua fight I had trouble deciding which guy to go for. I felt it could go either way depending on who shows up. I ended up going with Lidell because I wasn't so sure Rua's conditioning would improve enough over his last fight. I made a last minute change to pick Professor X to win against Kang which turned out to be a mistake and i should of stuck with my first instinct. The last fight I struggled with was Herman/Loiseau. I picked The Crow to win because I like him really wanted a win. It was a heart pick.

What I learned was go with your gut and ignore your heart. The gut is right more often. If it wasn't for picking Marshal to win by unanimous decision for the perfect 22 points my performance would of been extremely poor.
