Does anyone know if Pride will now be broadcasted on Spike TV alongside UFC?

Pride has an existing contract with Fox Sports Network, which has been airing a fights show akin to UFC Unleashed for a while now. Jay Glazer and Frank Trigg host it, and new episodes are produced periodically.
So far, nothing has been stated about the effect of the sale of Pride on its deal with FSN. I presume that the new owners will have to honor the contract, whatever it is, or renegotiate.
And yes, we get Pride PPVs in the U.S.

I think all the details will emerge after Pride 34. Since they've purchased the library i'm sure they'll make it a priority to get exposure for whichever fighters they have under contract.
