UFC heavyweight Heath Herring (28-14 MMA, 2-3 UFC) has never been one to back away from a fight.

A quick check of his past three fights is a good place to start. Brock Lesnar. Cheick Kongo. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. Now Herring will face talented prospect Cain Velasquez in May. The "Texas Crazy Horse" wouldn't have it any other way.

"If you kid of look through my career, I don't ever really refuse fights," Herring recently told TAGG Radio (www.taggradio.com), the official radio partner of MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com). "That's kind of my deal."

Sure, if your getting fired on that day

Cain will DESTROY Heath and send him packing to dream or affliction.

I hope Heath wins this one. For some reason I always find myself rooting for him. I hope he comes out fired up to stop Cain and re-establish himself in the crazy Heavyweight divsion.

I took Heath and was kinda surprised he was the underdog. Should be an interesting fight and I could see Herring taking a decision in this one.

You never know with this guy. Heath is very known for being dissapointing and then very immpersive his next fight. I'm hoping he gives Cain the fight of his lfe this far. I'm gonna go Heath split DEC.

Yeah he is. Arguably the best wrestler Herring has ever faced. Cain is a beast.

This will not be a easy fight for Heath Herring if he thinks so he is crazy beacuse Cain Velasquez is a very tough dude if Cain Velasquez wins this fight the ufc HW needs to watch out.
