New feature alert - avatar bets |

Check the sub-navigation up top when in the MMA Forums or My Playground and you will see a new link: Avatar Bets.
You may have 1 avatar bet per primary league event. The winner of the bet controls the avatar of the loser up until the next primary league event takes place. The loser is unable to control their avatar.
Standard forum code of conduct rules apply when setting someone else's avatar; no porn, etc, etc. You may need to hit refresh to see an updated avatar.
Should you encounter any bugs or glitches, please PM them to me.

This is agreat first step for official avatar bets...The only thing that I can see improving is the ability to propose bets through an "open bet forum". It would work much like it already does on the forum boards, with the exception of using the new interface.
It would be nice to leave the "Bet Recipient" box empty and have the bet posted to a avatar bets dedicated forum. That way you won't have to seek out an opponent, the av bet forum could be one-stop-shopping. You can go there to either post a bet, or accept one which is already up.
The only other thing that would be nice is the ability to change the time table for individual bets. There are some times when UFC doesn't hold events for three-four weeks. And other times when they run events on back to back weekends.
I love what I'm seeing though. This is very nice. Great work guys!
