I don't know, but Kenny has been waiting in the wings way too long for this title shot. I think that either way, BJ will chose to fight Kenny rather than Thiago.

bad idea if bj wins it will stall two divisions out i think bj will stay at welter and he should give up light weight belt

I think it will be great for the sport if BJ wins. It will make him a living legend and he will defend both titles. Too bad for Kenny or Thiago if they have to wait a little longer. If they want to make a big deal out of it and leave the ufc someone will gladly take up their spot. BJ will probably fight Kenny and if he wins he will vacate the belt. He would've cleaned out the 155 division and we'll be right back where we were when sherk got stripped. If BJ wins the UFC should sign someone like Jake Sheilds or another elite Welterweight to fight Thiago at 100. He might not like it but hey thats life.

BJ would beat Kenny in the first round. GNP TKO. I do agree that Alves would be a tough task considering his size advantage on BJ.
sorry for taking up two post.

If Thiago afraid of BJ Penn? doubt it but I think he knows he'd get the best of GSP so he wants that fight more, I'd like to see Thiago vs BJ or GSP. There shouldnt be anyone left saying Thiago needs another fight unless he wants another fight.. look, BJ cut in line, he can wait as long as he wants lol.
