Jon Fitch says it’s the fight, and not his spot on the card, that motivates him to put on a good performance.
“I don’t worry about that stuff, for me, as long as I’m fighting a top opponent, and getting paid well, I have no complaints,” he told MMAWeekly Radio.

hahaha... that's awesome. Gono definitely looks like he got a kick out of that.
As far as him working towards another title shot, Fitch is a great fighter, but I don't think he'll ever be a champ at 170 in the UFC. He's definitely up there with the best fighters in the division, but I don't think he'll ever be able to beat GSP, and I think that Alves would take him in a rematch as well. I think he'll be around the middle of the top ten for a while but I don't think he'll ever get the belt.

does it say gonos gona get back in to title contention becouse you have to be there once to be back. but i think it says fitch will be back into title contention also doubtful. im not sure but i think danas still pissed at AKA. also like the above post said he will never get past alves again
