Hermes Injured; Out of Bout With Joe Lauzon

Hermes tears ACL in training, off of UFC Fight Night 17.

That's a huge blow to that card, hopefully Hermes gets well soon.

Looks like it's bad luck to fight a Lauzon.

That being said, it would be awesome if someone like Spencer Fisher stepped in.

Stephens always seems game. It would make a better match-up imo

I wonder if Huerta would step in, just to get out of his contract if he got a chance...

but this sucks..way too many injuries lately, and I was looking forward to Hermes puting on a good show, in this fight...I think he woulda done pretty good against Joe.

They could promote Mac Danzig vs. Josh Neer to the main event according to Junkie.

Article

After looking at the rumored card, I say promote Anthony Johnson vs. Luigi Fioravanti from the prelims.

i was just going to say that at least there are some undercard fights that are trv worthy on this card so its not a huge blow, but it still sucks.

Sucks that Hermes is out but, it would be a great if they put the Johnson/Fioravanti fight on the televised portion of the card. That would be sweet
