Though his name has been attached to a couple rumored fights, including a UFC 97 clash with Sean Sherk, a source close to the fighter told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) Huerta hasn't been approached with a single fight.

Looks like the UFC is pulling the whole your not fighting if you don't sign a new contract thing. With another of it's fighters. Smart business but not goo for us fans.

I wont lose any sleep over it.

Other than a rematch with Guida I dont really want to see him fight again.

Dana will probably let Huerta go off and do his modelling thing whilst keeping that one fight left on his contract, so that when he returns to MMA his first fight back will have to be with the UFC.
