Although they both lost their respective fights at the TUF 8 Finale, Dave Kaplan & George Roop will get a chance at redemption at UFC 98. The TUF 8 cast members will face each other on the May event's undercard.

not the best fight, roop lost a split decision so i could see how he gets another chance, but kaplan got steemrolled in both of his fights on tuf and at the finale, i gotta take roop

roop prolly has a solid reach on kaplan. It will prolly be a decision win for one of the guys that we dont have to see.

With all the lackluster performances that Kaplan has shown, I have to go with Roop on this one. Roop lost a decision and he fought injured on TUF. Perhaps there is something in Roop we haven't seen yet. Either way neither have shown that they belong in the UFC, perhaps Dana has decided to give them a make it or break it fight against eachother. Winner stays and loser gets cut. Who knows...

i actually really like kaplan. seems like a cool dude (even though he, for some reason, cant handle eating sushi with love sauce on it )
but yeah, i dont think either need to be in the UFC. they're mediocre WEC talent at best
