Anyone know when he is next set to fight? He had an impressive debut at UFC 84 but haven't heard anything about his next fight. I read something about him saving someones life in fight magazine but thats the only news of heard of him.

He should be fighting soon. He had a fight scheduled not too long ago but got hurt I believe. I agree his debut was impressive and I think he is someone to watch out for this year especially now that he dropped to MW. I would love to see him fight Belcher or Cote when he comes back.

He was supposed to fight Leites at 90, but got injured(as mentioned before) I'd think he'd probably be back by March or April.

Same with me, I wanted that to be Kangs first fight.
I would have also liked Reljic vs Kampmann at 185, and/or Reljic vs Leites

thanks for the responses guys. reljic is one of my top 10 favorites. reljic/kampmann would be a war. kang would be a good fight for him too. I think he can break the top ten in the middleweight division by the end of this year. probably sooner if he beats a couple top guys in a row.

Also a huge Goran Reljic fan, particularly after watching him tear through the competition at the European Gracie Jiu Jitsu Championships; winning both the 93kg division and absolute.

There really hasn't been anything posted regarding Reljic's status in a while. He pulled out of his fight with Thales due to a back injury that proggresively got worse leading up to the fight, forcing him out. I'd recently heard he was going to take a vacation in mid December to Thailand, and after that he would begin training again, so this is just an assumption, but I would expect him back around March or April. Most likely the UFC will push for Goran to make UFC 99 in Germany, as they'll want all the europeans they can get.

I don't think his next fight will be at MW. He stated before that his fight with Thales was a one-shot deal that was being done as a favor, but that he was assured he would be back at LHW. It's a lot to ask of Reljic, because he's a huge LHW. He's 6'3 235lbs, so I'm not sure he ever would have been able to make the weight.

Here's a little compilation of Goran Reljic's fights ...

Goran Reljic VS Bojan Spalevic
Wilson Gouveia vs Goran Reljic
Goran Reljic vs Andrej Bregar
