When I saw the headline I was thinking there was going to be recovery pictures from the Overeem knees! I didn't open the link until after reading a few of the posts first.
hope it all works out and we see him back in top form (whatever form that may be) before he calls it a career.

Lol, his doc told him not to fight, Choi, Overeem and Mizuno(mizuno he said woulden't really matter lol), and he hasn't been able to train all that well, he was acctually walking with a cane lol.

I am really excited to see him come back. Even if he is not the Mirko of old, he is still very dangerous and exciting to watch.

I'm excited for him to come back to, especially since he said he wants his last fight to be in the UFC.

Great, nice to see progress on his recovery. Cro-Cop will always be one of my favorite fighters, win or lose, the guy has so much heart.
I wish him a speedy recovery, and would love to see him get a couple of W's when he's back.

MCL and PCL tears, there was talk about ligament transplants but I don't think they were neccasary.

Hopefully Mirko can come to a decision regarding fighting. GO or NO GO. If he is realy walking everyday with a cane and won't be able to walk down the line in his life, let it go. But if he is going to persue a career in MMA he should not relent. "Go for the gusto" so to say. I want the man they call CRO COP back in the ring.

I love crocop as well but I really don't think we're ever going to see him even reach his old 'B' game. He's getting older and he's been injured a lot, especially over the last year or two. He doesn't seem to have the desire or the youth to fight like he used to. I'd be willing to bet he announces retirement within a couple of fights. Eventually if you don't call it quits your body will, it's best to make the choice on your own.
