UFC 96 has rapidly changed from "quickly filling" to "nearly complete" status.
MMAjunkie.com has learned from sources close to the event that Ryan Jensen and WEC-import Steve Steinbeiss have verbally agreed to a middleweight contest at the event.

Toss up, Jensen more experienced and better on the ground. Steve only 4-2, hasnt been finished. idk?

Steve looked good against Carmello Marrero. I felt like he actually won the decision, but it was definetely close. I know he trains at AZCS and typically those guys have big wrestling bases but I think Steve is actually more of a standup fighter.
Close fight to call, but I'm going with Steve because I think for the most part this will be on the feet and Steve's striking is just a little better. I also think he'll be really big for this fight, as he's typically fought at 205.
