After being cut by the promotion a couple years ago, former Middleweight contender David Loiseau will now return to UFC at UFC 97 in April. His opponent will be Ed Herman. Loiseau recently won the XMMA Middleweight Title.

Please excuse my grammatical mistakes, but Herman can't beat nobody.

The Crow is an excellent addition to the Canada card, especially since GSP probably won't be on this card (unless he wants to have a quick 2-month turnaround to fight Alves). Cote also won't be on the card, so at least we have somebody other than Belcher and Day to watch up in Canada.

fantastic, the guy has so much ability that it was hard to see him lose fights that all logic said he should win. im really hoping he has toughened up a little, he appears to give up a bit when he gets in trouble, and if he is past that he could make another big run in the ufc. seems like a great guy, and is a ton of fun to watch, hopefully now lawler follows because the MW division is starting to look pretty damn good. just a year ago or so it seemed like there was no helping the MW division, now if wandy drops along with bisping, veterans like marquardt and the crow making strong pushes and with the emergence of new guys like leites, maia, and palarhes its looking as good as any other weight class out there.

I hope he has a killer instinct again. Those last couple UFC performances were so uncharacteristic of his early awesomeness.

I like Loiseau but he never has seamed like himself since the Franklin fight. Almost like he lost that killer attitude he had before.

I agree but he is still fun to watch. Maybe if they feed him a couple of cans he will get his confidence back and his killer instinct with it.
