UFC middleweight Yushin Okami defated Dean Lister by unanimous decision at UFC 92. Even though the fight was not the most exciting bout on the card, UFC President Dana White confirmed that the victory puts Okami back in the hunt for the middleweight title currently held by Anderson Silva.
“Yushin Okami will be getting a title shot. Definitely,” said White.

I agree with theguido, Okami has earned his shot. So lets see what happens, most of Okami's fights are boring, but you never know especially when he's fighting Anderson. I personally hope he defeats Silva (oh how that would throw a wrench in everything)

It's about time the correct decision was made on this, I'm sure if he asked Anderson thats the fight he wants anyway. This will be his 2nd or 3rd toughest test even if its boring which I doubt it will.

As a huge fan of both fighters, I am glad to see this rematch. For some reason, I love Yushin Okami's style, just like Lyoto Machida, he just shuts people down and its awesome to watch. It sucks to hear that Andy Silva wants to retire so early, so maybe a loss to Okami will spark the competitive spirit in him....

It will be a intersting fight. Anderson trains with Machida so the "Boring" fight style (I call it effective) is something Anderson sees everyday. I like the Match up.

Ok ok, Silva still has to beat Leites who is a tough competitor. But I think Silva will win and then will have even a better chance at losing his belt to Okami.
UFC should have done Okami vs Silva and Leites vs Lister.

Silva doesnt sound like he want to fight Okami again. He thinks Okami was faking after the head kick on the ground to get a DQ win. imo Okami was out, he didnt seem to know what happened.
