Former Cage Rage contender Neil 'The Goliath' Grove has been given a four-fight deal by the UFC, Fighters Only can exclusively report.

Grove (7-1) is a 6’6” 280lb Go-Ju Ryu Karate stylist who holds a ten-second knockout win over Pride FC veteran James Thompson and two wins over Robert ‘Buzz’ Berry, who defeated Ken Shamrock by KO earlier this year.

He told Fighters Only earlier: “I signed a contract today and sent it back to my manager. And he will be forwarding it to the UFC.

“It’s a four-fight deal; I don’t know who my first opponent is, but my manager did say it might be at UFC 95 in February.”

Lol. Avoid the swailing arms for the first 2 minutes and i have to think any HW or LHW in the ufc are going to get an easy fight out of this.....

My thoughts exactly Aarron.

Grove has the gas tank of a 2 year old fat kid with asthma....

I thought it was Neil Wain for a second...for some reason I get these two fat, bald, British guys with short gas tanks and heavy hands mixed up.

I suppose he does have some wins over some decent British heavies..... it depends who they match him up against. He does have some big power in his hands so theres always a chance he can pick up some wins when they inevitably put him up against chumps on the undercards of u.k events.

Wow it just amazes me how the UFC can cut a guy like Werdum and then pick up Neil grove and think it is a good move.
