To be honest... Kimbo hits hard and Badr, while the muuuuuuch more experienced and probably talented kickboxer, doens't have the best chin...
I'm not saying that Kimbo will, or even can, win this fight... But at least now he knows that he only has to concentrate on the standup aspect of fighting as appose to having to worry about the ground game... It'll at least be interesting to see how he developes and where he ends up... ......Hari KO rd 2
I'm not the typical "Kimbo hater" but I don't think he stands a chance unless Hari gets stupid. Kimbo has some tiny legs for a HW, and Hari should easily beat the HELL out of those things and maintain the distance. I'd love to see him embarass Kimbo with footwork, leg kicks, body kicks, and then finally finish him with combos. If Hari gets touched more than a few times I'll be very ashamed.
Kimbo's biggest two advantages in any fight are his powerful hands and his somewhat O.K. head movement. I couldn't possibly see him having developed good enough foot work and kicks to stand a chance against Hari. I dunno, maybe I'm wrong.
His head movement is OK like you said, but I mean its OK on a street fighting level IMO. In K1 Head movement can only get you so far, he'll need to get some good footwork and angles to move his head out of striking range anyways. I don't think Kimbo stands a chance as long as Hari stays on the offensive. The only possible outcome for Kimbo is if he rushes in early, clips him, and drops bombs with Hari on the ropes. Besides that as long as Hari stays in the pocket but keeps his distance he should have this one wrapped up within the first round.

and I didn't expound on what I was getting at with the head movement, but- The more he moves his head in a typical boxing manner the more his legs are open for attack. That's what I was getting at. He likes to move forward, plant his front leg with a big lean forward, and start his head movement. A kickboxer like Hari will take full advantage of that and DESTROY that leg, IMO. At least I hope he does. Man, would I love to see this one end via leg kick

I still cannot believe this is true. Are you kidding? Badr is for real, not a joke like Kimbo. Id like to see Badr against Remy again, not this nonsense BS.
