U NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HERB??? wow, Herb is the 1 ref i personally dislike the most, when it comes to his officiating.

I like Herb as a ref. He generally warns fighters before he stops a fight. You can hear him saying "you gotta fight back" or "i cant let you stay there and take that" or "get out of there" or "i will stop this fight". He also warns before standing fighters up, and in most cases before calling a foul (depending on the severity of course). Not many refs really do that.

i really haven't. Mirgliatta or however spell his name is the worst.

ya i forgot about him. there have been a few i disagreed with but for the most part he does good.

I am starting to think that the best one left (UFC) is Mario Yamasaki.....he has steadfastly made good decisions and lacks controversy.....Big John was and always be the the best though IMO!!!

I'm probably the only one that will say this but I couldn't care less about John McCarthy. He's a ref and the best part of a ref is not noticing that he is there. I don't see people creaming their pants and running to interview a returning Earl Hebner, so I could really care less about "Big" John. It's also funny that he isn't respectful of the UFC and they are the company that made him.
