WEC 36 Fighter Payouts Revealed |

The fighter payouts from WEC 36 were obtained and revealed today. The total disclosed payouts were $287,000 with the biggest share going to Chael Sonnen thanks in part to Paulo Filho-$48,750. Sonnen got 25% of Filho's pay.

I realise the fighters get undisclosed payments, such as sponsors, etc, but what are you basing that figure on Ben ?

I know a couple of fighters and promoters in the UKMMA scene, it makes financial sense to give fighters money 'under the table'.

Chael should've gotten the belt anyways.
The WEC needs a raise.
I wonder what some fighters ACTUALLY take home. After the sponsorships and cornermen are paid. What does a fighter actually get to go "shopping with" is what I wonder!
