First KJ Noons said he didn't want a rematch with Nick Diaz after their first fight was stopped after round 1 (Diaz couldn't continue-cuts). Now in a recent radio appearance Noons says that since the fall of EliteXC he would be up for a rematch. As long as it makes sense.

His money argument is really aggrevating. So you're getting payed three times less than Diaz. That's because he's a superstar and everyone in the MMA wold knows him, and you're not.
Chuck Lidell made about 30 times what Jardine made when they fought. If he wants to fight people that are making relatively the same pay then go to Palace Fighting Championships.

Wouldn't it be great if both of these guys went to UFC or WEC and had a rematch there?
Of course there is always the possibility that we could see a rematch in Affliction. That would be nice, too.

it can't hurt his career. most people think he's a bitch for not fighting diaz again so he should just fight him. i mean if he wins noons will have 2 wins over one of the better mma fighters in the world. it will just open up more doors for the guy especially in japan where about half of the best lw's in the world are fighting these days.

The only reason he wants to fight Diaz now is because it may get him into the UFC for a couple of fights. That is of course if they let Nick back in.

Now that his manager and him have ran his career in to the toilet he now wants to fight Diaz. Even if he beats Diaz now no one will care. He blew the biggest chance in his career. Now that no promotion wants anything to do with him he is reaching in hopes people still want to see the fight with Diaz and a promotion will try to make this fight happen. Sorry Noons you and your manager made this bed....
