If we don’t get to see “Mr. 5-XL” on television sometime soon then something is very wrong. This dude is an absolute monster.

If he's upset now....just imagine the kinds of beatings he will lay down that will make him happy. I think he is ready for a step up in competition. His next opponent should be a good one!

Get ready UFC fans. This is a big man with a better developed skillset than Lesnar. It's only a matter of time til he's huge throughout the MMA scene, although I don't believe he is young enough to develop into the talent he could have

UFC 97: Battle of the Behemoths
Battle of the freakishly large-handed savages...... Carwin (5x gloves) vs. Lesnar (4x gloves) Both have to CUT weight to make the 265 lb. limit

I don't know man....we'll see. Carwin hasn't fought anyone great enough to make me think he is a shoe in at HW. Although he does show the most potential of all the new HWs I have seen. 10 fights, all wins, 5 KOs, 5 Subs, all within 1st Rnd! In fact other than his 1st oponent none have made it to the 2 minute mark! I think the UFC needs to let the dog off it's chain here and let this man step up in competition to see where he really is. Cain V, O'Brien, Herring, or even the guy who is supposed to have signed on....Palelei, whatever happened to him?

The UFC does have some future promise for the HW division all though the top guys are not the best right now, if they could get Fedor all the HW's will start coming back.
Carwin, Velasquez, and Lesnar are all going to be beasts. A little stand-up and a little submission defense (some may have this already) and they will be hard to beat, ESPECIALLY Carwin and Lesnar because they are HUGE and fast. I still think Brock would beat Carwin as of right now, Brock's mentality is basically psychotic in the octagon.
Now this said, PLEASE GET FEDOR! I want to see all these guys that think they are great get beat badly by a smaller heavyweight.

LOL yeah I don't think anybody said they were ready for a fight with Fedor. I'm just glad to see some legitimate HW's like Cain Velasquez and Shane Carwin get into the mix. I think either his next fight or the one after that will be Shane Carwin against legitimate competition.

Agreed, before I was greatly into MMA and only knew about the UFC I knew nothing of Fedor, then I watched all of his fights and the man is the greatest human combatant I've ever seen.

A fight between Carwin and Velasquez is almost on deck IMO Both of these guy7s are tough as nails and both are very aggressive. i woul dhave to pick Velasquez to win but would be a war IMO. The video for this thread was gone but I want to see SC against better opposition.
