How are you even comparing Fedor to Kimbo.

a 16-man tournament with the winner eventually getting a shot at Fedor Emelianenko

It would be more fair if the top two winners got a shot at fighting Fedor...at the same time.

what will this prove??? that fedor can beat a nobody?

the MMA world is looking for the next Petruzelli/Kimbo. And it will happen.

Fedor can be beat.

Fedor will be beat.

If he doesn't retire before he is thrown anyone serious again

Never mention Kimbo and Fedor in the same post. If Kimbo fought Fedor, first of all the athletic commission wouldn't allow it, just like they said Frank Mir was too skilled to fight Sylvia again, Fedor is too skilled for Kimbo.

If they fought, Kimbo might actually die, in all honesty. If Fedor can dispose of Sylvia in 36 seconds, he can beat Kimbo in 10, here is the fight:

Fedor moves across the ring, punches Kimbo in the gut, takes him down and breaks his arm because he has ZERO ground game, fight over, 15 seconds.

That actually brings up a good point about this show. How are they going to get the winner of the tournament cleared for the Fedor fight? I'm sure you couldn't have taken any TUF heavyweights and cleared them to fight Fedor right after, how much better could their 16 be?

Unless it'll be an exhibition match, like the nightly TUF match, rather than on a real PPV. Which is even dumber than the original concept.

Does it look like I was comparing Kimbo to Fedor or saying they should fight? Some of you people on here don't pay attention too great

If they hold it in Russia they don't have to worry about the AC's. But who would pay to see this?
