I think Sam Stout is a bit of an overrated striker. His biggest victory is probably over Spencer Fisher who took the fight on short notice after Kenny Florian pulled out. In the rematch Spencer came back and took a UD.
A lot of people are underestimating Terry in this fight. He might not have a big a name and he has lost his last two fights but they were against two really tough guys in Rich Clementi and Gleison Tibau. I think Etim was actually beating Clementi pretty handily in the standup.
Etim has a really lanky build and his kicks are awesome. I think he should be able to keep the distance and use his kicks from the outside. As long as he doesn't drop his hands (which he tend o do when he throws kicks) I think he should win the standup game. Sam will eventually get frustrated, look for the takedown, and get caught in a guilotine la Matt Grice. Terry Etim by 2nd round sub.
Who do you guys have?

Im sticking by Stout, he is a K1 level kick boxer, and in my opinion should be able to get the best of Etim in the stand up game. I don't see Stout being sub'd but of course, stranger things have happened.

I have etim winning this fight by submission. Puttin money on that and putting etim in my parlay.
Guess we will find out if stout has improved his ground game.

i like etim. yes stout's kickboxing is sick, but he has never showed any semblance of a ground game, and etim is a pretty good ground guy.

I am going with Stout. As was mentioned earlier, his striking is very crisp and I am sure he has been shoring up his ground game. He should be able to keep the fight standing which puts it in his favor. It will be good though. Stout KO round three.

i got stout he really impressed me against spencer who in my opinion could go on a run and be a champ or at least contender at any time so stout beat a guy who imo is the most underrated guy in the ufc

At first I was picking Stout then I looked over his record and decided to pick Etim. Since Stout seems a tad overrated

I think Stout will get the decision...similar to the Eklund fight, sprawl and brawl.

Etim's thai boxing is going to surprise Stout a lot in this fight. i say Etim wins the exchanges on the feet and sinks in a standing guillotine.
