example: BJJ= gracie family

so who are the rest

wrestling
judo

Boxing-I don't remember his name off the top of my head, but the guy who faced Royce Gracie in (I think) UFC 1 and fought with a boxing glove on one hand

There was no high level Judo in UFC 1. A lot of people feel like that's the case because Judo deals with the ground game and they wanted to be able to showcase how far ahead BJJ is on the ground. A judoka represented a threat to that.

Art Jimmerson was the boxer, but he wasn't a great boxer.

For Judo the only guy I can think of was Remco Pardoel. Unless he was Jiu-Jitsu? Can't remember.

I'll give who I think was the first (not necessarily the best) per the original question:

wrestling: Dan Severn

judo: surprisingly nobody was actually effective that I can remember before Hidehoki Yoshia

muay thai (and kickboxing, not sure why these were separated): Bas Rutten

boxing/striking: Marco Ruas

sambo: Oleg Taktarov
