The search for Strikefoece Lightweight Champion Josh Thomson's challenger in November continues. In addition to the previously suggested Mitsuhiro Ishida, Strikeforce is now talking to former IFL Lightweight prodigy Chris Horodecki and UFC veteran Caol Uno, but talks with both are in the very early stages.

I'd prefer to see Thomson vs Uno.
Horodecki had good record in the IFL but too many of his wins there were decisions (including his 5 most recent). I would have expected to see him finishing more fights at that level of competition if he is going to be stepping up to Thomson.
Uno has been a gamer for a long time. Even though I havn't had a chance to watch his fights from the Dream grand prix I think the fact he submitted Ishida and took Aoki to a decision shows he is still a threat at 155.
I think Thompson has the advantage in either match up but the Uno fight has more potential in my eyes.

horodecki is very talented & i blieve if he sticks w/ the sport he'll be a beast one day, but right now i find him a lil overrated & hope he doesnt try to make to high a jump in competition soon
