an incredible one to me is Fedor beating Hong Man Choi. i never thought Fedor could look so tiny in the ring. and say what you want but it was pretty damn incredible to see Fedor litterally swinging from that freaks arm!!

so many, I'll try to remember back for a few that haven't been mentioned. I'll try to only pick high-profile, championship level fights.
Royce Gracie over Dan Severn Igor Zinoviev over Mario Sperry* Pat Smith over Mark Coleman Sakuraba over Conan Silvieri Sakuraba over Royler Gracie* Randy Couture over Vitor Belfort Igor Vovchanchin over Mark Kerr Jens Pulver over BJ Penn BJ Penn over Matt Hughes Kevin Randleman over Mirko CroCop Dan Henderson over Wanderlei Silva Sokodouju over Arona and Little Nog Randy Couture over Tim Sylvia Matt Serra over George St. Pierre
*seemed unlikely then, seems likely now

Rampage over Liddell. It shocked the whole division. Alves over Hughes. it was supposed to be Hughes road to a comeback but it didn't happen. Mir over Lesnar. Lesnar was supposed to be this legendary being and mir subbed him in the first round showing technique beats brute strength any day. Liddell vs Couture 2. when his reign began.

either forrest beating shogun or serra beating gsp.
the thing is forrest could do it again and i think there's a good chance we see these 2 fight again. and there's no way serra would beat gsp ever again. he won't be able to make his way back up to even get a chance.
here's a few from the past few years diaz-gomi hendo-wand gonzaga-crocop silva-franklin I

I dont think that anyone has mentioned Hughes vs Trigg. I know that Hughes was the favourite but the take a low blow and a real pounding on the ground only to come back and run Trigg across the cage then submit him i think that is one of my favourite MMA moments ever.

I think everyone is thinking going into the fight but that is a great fight. I will always like Hughes for that fight and also know that Frank Trigg can never make it in the UFC
