i'm sure by now most have heard the, if not one of the worst comments in mma and it came from the ElitXc commentator, " the most incredible victory in the history of mixed martial arts!" i still can't believe anyone who would say something like even has a job in MMA. So after i stopped swearing at the TV for that guy saying that, i got thinking, what is the most incredible victory in the history of mma. i know its kind of hard to define, but im interested in everyones thoughts, maybe define what the most incredible victory in mma history is and who/what victory should really get that title.

either forrest beating shogun or serra beating gsp. not that either of these fights where spectacular but both people who won had someof the biggest odds against them ever so winning is pretty spectacular. uhhhhhh the most wow wins i can think of recently james irvins ko of alexander. wandys ko of jardine. a little longer ago hendo ko-ing silva. or any of andersons ko's of franklin

Under the Conditions, I'd have to say Fedor over Big Nog, at the time Fedor was just another Contender and Nig Nog was an Established, Elite Fight and everybody thought he was going to Steam Roll Fedor with a Submission, but it was exactly the opposite, Fedor Battered him with Ground and Pound and Won Decisively

Scott Smith/ Nate Quarry vs Drago
Pulver vs Penn 1
Diaz Triangle vs Pelligrino
Rampage vs Arona
Anderson vs Leben (cuz he wasn't known)
Too many in MMA
Look at the Dream FC finals
My pick- Gonzaga over Cro Cop- that shit was crazy
Although my favorite was Frank over Ortiz in round 4 or 5 of their title fight.
I thought that one was special.

I'd have to say Bisping's win over Hamill. What makes this so incredible, was how clear it was that Hamill won. How obvious it was that Hamill won. But, Incredibly Bisping won.

most incredible for me is prolly Couture beating sylvia. randy is one of the best ever but i didnt expect a 44 year old man to completely dominate the young 6'8 UFC HW champ tim sylvia. He man Handled sylvia.

one that hasnt been mentioned yet (at least i think)
Sakuraba vs Gracie (all were very significant, i'd say royce and renzo)
And
Hendo vs Wandy 2
And i'll throw a few K1 matches
Andy Hug vs Hoost 96'
Aerts vs Schilt 08', Peter fought his heart out and beat the 3 time consecutive GP winner. Aerts IMO is the only one capable of beating Schilt, now they are 2-2. Jerome would have a very good chance if he was faster and more aggressive.
Kaman KO over hoost -> considered by many the best kickboxing fight ever fought in Holland. Nuff said

I don't think these are on the "most incredible list" but they should be on an "honorable mention" list.
Jardine over Liddell Forrest over Rampage Randy over Vitor (gave the Phenom his 1st loss) Schultz over Horodecki (I love that fight) Lauzon over Pulver (Awesome) Diaz over Lawler Coleman over Rua (Broken arm CRAZY) Randleman vs CroCop (Kevin Randleman just knocked out Mirko Crocop)

Randy beating Sylvia was the most incredible MMA match I have ever seen. It wasn't the most exciting, nor was it the most surprising (I picked Couture to win), but it was by far the most emotional and fantastic I have ever seen.

The ending to Hughes/st.pierre 1 was pretty incredible. the armbar with 1 second left. But it was expected (not the finish). St.Pierre was still young and not ready for that fight. I hate that hughes won. but st.pierre beat hughes in their other 2 fights so its all good. But Serra/st.pierre 1 was incredible. I never expected that

In the context this assertion was used, I would translte it as biggest upset of a high profile fighter. To me it has to be GSP vs Matt Serra. When Serra began to land a flurry of bombs, I can't imagine how many people were staring at their TV, wondering what the hell just happened.

I watched that ppv at hooters. It was so quiet in there after that happened that you could have heard a pen drop. everyone was shocked.
