Who will win and how?
I say Guida by decision, but he will be putting himself in the danger zone all fight, still I think he weathers the submission storm and controls the pace for the decision.

i agree with guida by dec. unless nate's able to slip him into a triangle which he is really really good at. so i wouldnt be surprised if we see diaz by sub rd 2

Wow I havn't heard of this fight, I'm a great fan of both but i'll have to pick Guida..
the thing that worries me is his strength leads to Nates strength in the gaurd, maybe I'll have to chew on this one for a awhile

Guida is one of the more fast-paced fighters in the LW division, but I think Diaz's length and craftiness is going to give Guida some problems. Guida is stronger, but the same thing will happen to him as Pelligrino. He will come out like a crazy man, and get submitted early. Diaz by sub, round 2.

Completely agree, even on round that will finish

Pellegrino has better offense and defense on the ground than Guida. Guida is either getting triangled or guillotined in this fight. Nate by submission in the second or third.

This fight is gonna be a war. I dont see either of them finishing the other. I think Diaz wins this one by SD. but it could go either way really.

I don't see Diaz getting knocked out, but if Clay keeps it standing, he will win. However, if Diaz managed a takedown, I think Diaz will pull off the submission.

Should be a great fight. I have to go with a diaz via triangle. Clay will have to keep it on the feet if he wants to pull this one out.

i agree with Guida's strength, and GnP i think he will dictate the pace of the fight on top of Diaz and score points for 3 rounds
Guida by Decision probebly Split

Guida has been submitted 5 times in his career and Diaz is a submission machine and has already caught guys like Assuncio and Pellegrino with much better BJJ backgrounds than Guida.
The thing that is impressive about Diaz is that he's an old-school BJJ guy who has the advantage over his opponents when they are in his guard. Even top control wrestlers like Maynard and Pellegrino would have been better off standing than going for takedowns. Guida gives up the reach striking and his nature is to always come forward. It's almost inevitable that a lot of the fight will be spent with him on top in Nate's guard and I don't think he'll last the entire fight there.
Diaz by sub.
