There are several fighters who are in incredible shape and can keep it going for 3 or 5 rounds. The fighters who come to mind when I see this question is, Forrest, Couture, Faber, Guida, GSP, to name a few.

Clay Guida is a cardio monster. Sherk tends to LnP a lot in his fights and doesn't exert the same amount of energy that Guida does, and Guida has a relentless pace for all 3 rounds like i have honestly never seen before. if you are fighting Clay Guida, you automatically fight at a higher pace just to survive, so imo, Clay is the clear choice.

Agreed. Guida was the first person I thought of. And then GSP.

Diego is relentless. I would put him ahead of Guida because Ive seen him show fatigue whereas Diego has always been consistant. The only disclosure was the staff infected fight with Kos wich was unimpressive on both ends.

I agree with GSP, Sherk and Forrest because they go 5 rounds.

A lot of people saying Guida, but going 5 rounds is a whole different thing to going 3 rounds........

GSP all day.
