its about time he started training in a cage! LOL ..too bad he fights in a promotino that uses ropes....im pretty siked for this fight tho....overeem has turned himself from a legit lhw to a legit hw.....if cro cop loses he has to be out of the top ten and overeem has to be in it

He'd never make it, no history in cutting weight and his legs are gigantic, he'd lose to much muscle mass. Looks like Marijan has his hands back...

Is it just me or does Crocop look like shit in this video?
His hands look crisp, but he's throwing non-commital combinations and he's tying up in a body lock after every one. Granted it looks like he's getting put through a gauntlet and he's obviously tired, but I sure as hell hope he doesn't go up against Overeem like this.

He ussually spars after a long long set of cardio and weight training, but the trying up is more then likely because Overeem will be trying to clinch up and pressure in. His hands are IMO the #1 thing he needed to focus on, his legs are always going to be that good, he needed to get back to using his hands. I acctually thought he looked like his old self in the video lol.
