Don't get me wrong, The Iceman is my favorite fighter, but it seems that since Randy Couture has been back, Chuck has talked more loosly about going to HW to get that title. i know he was always said he would most likely end his career as a HW but he has talked about it more since Couture has been back. is that because he likes his odds against Randy more than anyone else since he has already beat him twice? or am i reading into this too much and this has been a coincidence? and lets say he moves up in a year or so, assuming all the top HW's are still in the ufc, (Couture, Nog, Lesnar, Mir, Werdum ect...hopefully Fedor, i know the chances of that one are not good) how does he do against them in the HW division? PS> just killing time till 88 starts

Liddell will beat most HW's in the UFC:
Nog wouldn't be able to take him down and he definatley couldn't stand with Chuck.
Mir would be an easy fight for Chuck.
Randy wont fight Chuck again, I highly doubt the UFC would put a 4th fight together.
Werdum would be a tough fight but Chuck would catch him.
Gonzaga, well it would take some hitting but Gonzaga would run out of heart and get TKO'd
Velasquez wouldnt be able to take Chuck down, Concluding a KO for the Iceman.
Tougher fights for Chuck would be guys like Fedor and Lesnar.

It's hard to say whether he's been thinking about a lot about it or maybe it's a question that's being asked frequently by reporters...and once it's in one interview, it seems like every reporter will ask him that same question. It's along the same lines as questions about the title. Every reporter asks him about the title. His response is always that he intends on getting it back. I'm assuming that everyone in his position would say the same thing...yet, at the same time, it gets taken out of context and everyone assumes he's looking past his current opponent. Just my thoughts.

I actually totally disagree. Most quality heavyweights will be beating Chuck. If he fought Randy again, Im taking Randy. First time they fought, Randy dominated him. And Randy has gotten better, and fights better when he can walk around heavier. And out of the ones mentioned, I only think he beats Mir. I feel strongly that the others would beat him, and some like Big Nog and Werdum would stop him before a decision.

i agree, just not that Brock would be a tough fight for him, he would KO him, Chuck was also a wrestler so I dont see Brock havin an advatage there at all, he also has more skills and experience than Brock.
