Who should be the replacemant to fight Lyoto Machida??
A few names come to mind:
Stephan Bonnar Wanderlei Silva Rampage Jackson(doubt it)

Bonnar would seem like a good choice, although 89 is probably too early for him to get back in, he said he would be back around the end of the year, possibly begining of 09.
maybe he"ll get somewhat of a can because not many of the top guys would be willing to take it on short notice, unless the fight is moved up to another event

Well, I don't think we'll see Wanderlei till Nov. or Dec., Jardine's booked, Bonnar's won't be ready(can't even fight on 90), so realistically, I think they're just gonna scrap the bout from the card, but reschedule it when Thiago is healed.

I said it on another thread, give him his title shot. I know it is probably impossible, and unlikely that Forrest would be even ready, but it would be well deserved, and a fight I would like to see.
