all these people must not know what its like to throw out your back you can just turn wrong and throw out your back I never dis anyone who hurts their back cause there aint shit you can do when you throw it out hell you cant even lay down you just kind of sit there
I have to spread the love. 
I know what it's like to throw your back out, it's very unpleasant. I've done it on a couple of ocassions and dunno what did it any of the times.
Hope he's alright, and this fight gets moved to 90 or 91.
