A;right with this fight actually happening and the Randy/Fedor fight still in the mix what happens if Randy loses to Lesner. I mean IMO it will effect Randy/Fedor, and it will then have to be Lesner/Fedor.

true but sylvia was not a superior wrestler to couture like lesnar is. randy isn't known for his ability to pull of a submission from the bottom so i don't think he wins this fight.

i understand that but i mean randy is the Master of gameplans and i really think hed be able to defend some of the takedowns not all but some and i think randy can weather the storm to win it in a UD

I will still bet against Brock Lesnar in this fight. Perhaps out of spite, but perhaps out of something more. It'll be a while before I pick him to win any fight. He's too damn green.
Anyway, though.. even if Lesnar beats Couture I still would want to see Fedor vs. Couture. Fedor would destroy Lesnar in a quick fashion IMO, but a fight against Randy might actually last longer than a minute.

maybe we wont have to hear that couture is the greatest HW ever and we can be sure it is fedor. fedor still is the bestHW IMO cause he hasnt lost to chuck 2 times (yes i know that is LHW) if you want to be considered the best at Hw you should be able to beat the LHW!

If Randy loses, and Nog wins, Nog will fight Brock, take a beating for round one, and submit him in round two. Randy will then retire and broadcast or fight two other UFC fighters, the Fedor fight isn't happening in the UFC.

I think it will be great when Randy loses. Im tired of hearing about how Randy Couture is the best HW and he could beat every guy in this weight....I honestly beileve Kongo, Vera, Werdum, Lesnar, Nogueira, Mir, Arlovski, Barnett, and even Filipovic(even at this point) could beat him. Not only beat him but finish him.

i agree
lesnar is goin to destroy couture. lesnar isnt a person to take lightly.ok hes a little green still.but the guy is huge and has superior wrestling ability.couture will not be able to stop his take downs.lesnar will lay on him and keep dominant position while firing away his huge debilitating knees and punches.much like in the herring fight.
the ONLY way i see couture winning is with a phantom punch early in the fight.
but come on.its more likely he'll be decapitated by one of lesnars punches before that happens.
lesnar is far from an overhyped gonzaga.or a lazy sylvia.
lesnars a beast and people are to ashamed to admit he's legit cause he was in the WWE

being good at making a game plan really won't whelp him too much. it didn't help him against Barnett and it didn't help him against Ricco. not to mention his "master planning ability" fell short against Chuck Liddell 2 out of 3 times. a monkey could figure out what Randy has to do to beat Brock, so his "master planning ability" really won't have too much of an effect. he knows that Lesnar will overpower him and he knows he is going to have to find a way to submit him Big Nog style. i just don't think he has the tools to do it.
a good example is this. if i had the best plan in the world to screw a flat head into a wall i couldn't do it if i had a phillips.
