The first time we posted a statement from the camp of Brett Rogers it got us kicked off of our server. Well, FiveOuncesOfPain.com was contacted again by Mike Reilly, the manager for Rogers as well as the head trainer at Team Bison, who has issued a second statement released EXCLUSIVELY to Five Ounces of Pain

These wars of words that everyone over at Elite have been having with one another were funny at first, but now it's getting old and I just want to see them fight.

"P.S. Damn it is 4:20… I gots to go… Anyone see Kimbo tell him I said HIGH-HIGH"
What a stupid quote. Kimbo, please knock Rogers out.

I loved how the Bison crew slammed Kimbo for use of his street cred, then turned right around and used rodgers'. Cabrinni Green is a hell hole no doubt. But why even bring it up?

This is stupid. I think Bas said it best on the other day's Inside MMA, you can market Ken Shamrock, he's been around forever. EliteXC is on the skids no matter who wants to admit it, their last show was a disaster, and to most fans its become a circus more than a recognized ladder for top competitors. Who the hell is Brett Rogers? He's a guy trying to get his own credit by calling out Kimbo, just like Butterbean, Jeff Monson, and all these other people. They all think Kimbo is an easy way up the ladder because he's so overhyped and every other MMA article is about him. Calling out Kimbo is the latest fad among washed up heavyweights and Brett Rogers is trying to use it as a huge payday, Tank got paid thousands upon thousands of dollars for their fight, shit I'd call Kimbo out if it meant all I had to do was spend the night in the hospital for two hundred grand.

I don't even get the point of this response. Someone spent the time to think up a response containing 9 million stupid references to smoking pot. Sad attempt at being clever. It's one thing if you actually have something to say, it's another if you're just talking a bunch of nonsense for no real reason other than to try to incite people. The first comment by rodger's team at least contained some valid complaints. It's just getting stupid now.

all these stupid references to pot make it seem like a high school kid made the statement. you can always tell real fighters from fake fighters. I highly doubt you would see some stupid drug reference from Fedor, GSP, Anderson, BJ penn or any other real fighter/champion. If rodgers wants to be considered a real fighter he might want to consider a new camp or new reps

I've said it since the beginning and I'll say it again. The more crap that comes out like this the more MMA looks like boxing and the more respect it loses.

Apparently the first writer was unavailable. The first response was hilarious. The second one I actually struggled to finish reading. It was lame.
