ok so when we think of the greatest champs of all time. some names come to mind fedor, chuck, wandy, faber,,and tito off the top for me i say them becouse they all dominated for a extended period of timet heres more i no but. in your opinon who was the most important or the most dominating champ. (if you wanna say anderson go ahead but hes not done yet) imo the most important is tito no saying he is or was that great but he was the first dominating champ the ufc ever had. but the most dominating is fedor. well what you think

Yep, Matt Hughes is the greatest UFC champ of all time as it stands. Although Anderson Silva will soon take that title away from him IMO.

Hughes to me was one of the most dominant (next to Fedor.) I would have to say Chuck was the biggest for the sport though.

check out this thread, i think it will help in your decision: LINK
i added my 2 cents along the way and imo Matt Hughes is the greatest UFC champ.
however, Fedor is the greatest champ in MMA history as a whole.

Hughes should def be mentioned.Of course Fedor as well, along with Wanderlei.I have to mention Bas as well with being the King Of Pancrase and how he evovled as a fighter.I think a true fighter steps up to every challenge, and I believe in Bas' hayday he did just that.

i would say that Chuck Lidell is the most influential. He hit his stride as the sport started to peak. And Chuck ended all of his fights in exciting fashion(plays to the casual fan). Matt hughes is a very close 2nd. Total domination of his weight class like chuck but for longer. Might have been #1 but hes a dick(IMO). Then there is Anderson Silva. This man has outclassed and out Struck every opponent he has faced. He will go down as the greatest champion the UFC has ever had. WAR ANDERSON SILVA. He's been my favorite fighter since he smashed the fuc out of Lebens face.
