I read on mmalinker.com that Couture might make his UFC comeback against Brock Lesner at UFC 91 in Portland; it seems to be more of a rumor than anything and thats why I did not post this on the news forum, but I think this would be a great match-up and a huge draw for the North Wests first show. I think Randy would destroy him, but would love to see this, since I will be there.

Randy hasnt fought in forever, im sure it wont happen. but I dont think randy would murder lesnar. hell to be honest I think lesnar could beat him. IDC if it is captain america, you are not goin to stop brocks shot. In case this does happen, I really hope Brock wins!

I actually would favor Brock in this match , as good as Randy's wrestling is, Lesnars is close, add to that Lesnar's size and strength advantage and I dont think Randy can take Brock down, while Brock would be able to take it to the ground much easier. Once on the bottom, Randy is no fish out of water, but he isnt a JJ wizard either. So I say Brock rnd 1 Ref stoppage.

Tough fight to call. If Lesnar hits him fast with a shot like he did against Heath he wins. But Randy should be able to avoid that unslaught and use his craftiness and I would actually see Randy submitting Brock. I know he does not usually submit people, my gut tells me bucks that trend, get's Brock's back and chokes him out round 2. I would love to see this homies.

I hope this fight doesn't happen just so I don't have to pick it. For all of you who said Heath Herring would kill Brock Lesnar, I'd stop underestimating, although Randy may win it won't be annihilation.

No way Randy would kill Brock, nobody gives brock any credit look what he did to heath herring, i like randy alot but brock would destroy him. Brock will be a future champion just because he wrestled in the wwe doesn't mean he's not good.

Randy beats Tim Sylvia and Gonzaga and now all these people think the only guy that can beat him is Fedor? Lesnar has the BETTER wrestling than Randy and could outmuscle him to the mat. Randy isnt going to be getting submissions off his back so Lesnar would GnP his way to a decision. I just really dont think Randy could beat many top 10s at this point. Werdum Mir and Nogueira would submit him and i think Kongo and Vera would KO him.
Not to mention Arlovski and Barnett destroying him

I think most of you are way off. Lesnar would most likely destroy Couture. Randys track record against bigger and strong grapplers is pretty bad, and The Les is WAY stronger and much bigger. I dont tihnk randy could submit him either.

This fight won't happen. Randy is determined to not do the last fight on his contract and fight Fedor only. To bad he could have just taken the fight with Nog almost a year ago and he prob would've fought Fedor by now. But no.

Randy Couture has 2 submission wins in his career. Brock would dominate him on the mat, and I don't think Randy could knock Brock out.

i would take lesner. I think the only way your beating brock, is a sub off the back. Randy doesnt have those skills.
