cardio lots of cardio ...running is always a standard but 20-30 minutes of jump rope will suprisingly shed a lot of flab.....eats lots of greens and rice....dont even mess with dressing when it comes to salads, doesnt matter if its lite dressing or not...had tomatoes and other items to the salad to add flavor...eat chicken and fish for protein, no read meat.....eat 4 small meals a day...a salad is a meal, a couple handfuls of carrots are a meal, etc.. just spread them out evenly...eat fruit for breakfast, but make sure thats the only sugars in yer diet....a little thing to is when you first wake up in the morning, pound a glass of water, your body is dehydrated from sleeping and also the water will start to get your metabolism going, no joke it does work.....and if your shedding weight, lay off supplements unless they are vitamins...no protien shakes at all, they will do more harm than good when getting in shape but still have to cut weight.

Yep, just another way to rid your body of water...some people would dip to do the same thing, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you already have the habit. You wouldn't want to do it just yet though...do it during during the water loss phase.

get rid of all the sugars in your diet, start exercising like a madman, eat up to 6 small meals through out the day. if you can get down to 163ish the day before the weigh ins, perfect. the last day just get rid of the water weight. don't overwork yourself though and diet in a healthy way, so you don't lose muscle or that it will effect your cardio

Oh no not yet. Run often at least 15 minutes per day, consume massive amounts of water to keep your body hydrated. Should be able to drop 10lbs in 2 weeks with that method. I have my guys drop weight like this all the time.
