i cant say that i dislike Kimbo..I dislike the majority of the people that thinks the best fighter on the planet and if he beats Ken this will only help them in their tirades of how Kimbo is the best..."He beat Ken Shamrock dude"Yeah well Ken hasnt won a fight since like 2004.But you cant blame Kimbo its not his fault EXC has to hype him and make him their poster boy and have him beat-up guys that are 5 years out of their prime or more.

"Scamrock" got KTFO by Buzz Berry, Berry retired after his following fight. Now are people actually seriously thinking that EXC aren't trying to feed kimbo cans just to hype him and have all people that recently started watching MMA and think they know MMA praising Slice and talking about how he could problably KO Fedor. Like COME ON!!! Shaw is being ridiculous and as an MMA fan i'm kinda taking this fight as an insult to my intelligence. How dumb do you have to be to take this seriously.
<Insert wickedly insulting remark towards EXC here>

Seriously, did you guys watch the Royce v. Hughes fight? Tell me that wasn't the same thing. Anyone who KNEW knew that that wasn't going to be close.
Did you watch Ken Shamrock v. Ortiz I, and II? Seriously, did you?
just because you know what's going to happen doesn't mean you don't watch. Cuz it's that one time, you don't watch that bam...GSP gets KO'd by Serra. And you're like WHAAAA???
Dana has done the "circus" thing "name thing" PR thing whatever you want to call it, over and over. Shaw's just taking a page from his book.

I disagree 100%. Royce was still a very tough fight. Before fighting Matt he had taken Hideo Tokoro to a draw(who is a very good fighter). Before that he had fought a almost 500 pound Akebono and beat him and before that fight he had fought a 220 pound Hidehiko Yoshida to a draw. At that time Hidehiko was consider to be a very tough fighter and still is. Royce would still be a very tough fight for most guys today. Most of Matt's losses before that fight had came in way of submission. Your hardcore fans were really very excited to see Matt vs Royce. Plus to top it off Royce had never lost in the cage. Now Ken on the other hand has lost his last 5 fights all by TKO/KO. I bet you anything the Ken vs Kimbo is the main event over the tittle fight of Jake Shields(a top 10 WW) vs Paul Daley (on a 6 fight win streak with not one of those wins going to the cards).
Ken vs Ortiz was something that was built up to and Ken and been requesting a rematch for years. Plus most of your fans really wanted to see where Ken was at in the 2nd fight. BTW Ortiz setup there first Ken fight because he was trying to avoid Chuck.
Now saying Dana is like Shaw is just total BS. Not once can I remember any fighter in the UFC ever being called the greatest for knocking out 3 cans in a row (I cant even think of a fighter in the UFC getting 3 cans in a row more less 4). The hole time putting that fighter in the main event above real MMA stars and tittle matches.
BTW Shaw has never cared about MMA and has done nothing for the sport other than giving it a bad name and down talking MMA in his boxing days. If it wasnt for Dana and the UFC Shaw would still be in boxing trash talking MMA.
