Oh hells yeah:
"Jake Shields and Paul Daley have a date on Oct. 4," quipped [Jared] Shaw. "Both fighters have verbally agreed. Bout agreements are out and we’re just waiting for them to come back in.
"Unlike some others, these are two guys that I trust their word," he said of the verbal commitments from Shields and Daley.

Man I will be rooting heavily for Daley by KO but me thinks Jake takes a decision or late sub.

I hope Daley keeps it standing. If so, he will destroy Shields. It's good to see Daley getting out there and chasing down the title.

Shields by bulldozing.
Should be a good match, though.

I share your thoughts, want a Semtex KO, but Sields always finds a way to get the fight down, but we'll see Daley is real explosive.

Lol Semtex is going to destroy Shields, can't wait to see Bisping, Hardy and Semtex all win in the next few months.

These replies are unbelievable; Shields imposes his gameplan before getting an easy stoppage. I can't believe how underrated the guy is. He takes GSP 5 times out of 10.

Cmon dont hug all the brits nuts it makes you sound bias, Hardy has a better chance than Semtex (even though Gono is likely gonna win) and Bisping is finally gonna be knocked out cold when he tries to stand with Leben.

While I agree maybe we are giving Semtex a little too much credit, I strongly disagree with the GSP-Shields comment. I'm curious to see how you think jake beats GSP. GSP is worlds better standing, probaly a better MMA wrestler, and while Jake is a black belt on the ground, he is a top guy, and would likely be put on his back, don't see how he beats GSP unless he pulls a sub off his back.

Shields is going to win this one rather easily over Daley... 1st round submission.
I think GSP would beat Shields but definitely not in a dominating fashion... he would be avoiding sub attempts constantly for five rounds. The fight would be much more competitive than say GSP-Fitch was.
