I was just wondering if ayone else in the Florida area has felt the effects of Hurricane/ Tropical Storm Fay, I live in Daytona Beach and were not to worried about it here, but it is enough to get me outa school so i am happy about that.

Not the case. A friend of mine lives in Tampa and he told me his first day of college for the semester, which was to be today, was cancelled.

I go to college in Clearwater and they evacuated us yesterday. I am currently at m parent house in Sebring and its been pretty windy and rainy all day. Nothing we haven't seen before but it appears I evacuated into the storm as it avoided Clearwater completely and went straight up the middle of the state where sebring is in the dead center just about. 
Haven't lost power all day and the even my Dish network has been constant only going out a couple of times.

Yeah Sadly the show was a repeat atleast I somehow had not heard most of that day so it was kinda cool.

They canceled school for us in all of Volusia, but the storm isn't bad it's just been rainy and a little windy all day. The path has it goin into the atlantic, just below Volusia county and hooking back mainland rigth above us, so we should be good.
