A few months ago, I could last seven or eight minutes in bed. Then the boxing coach's took the summer off (They also couched t-ball). And therefore I did not exercise at all. And I began to last two or three minutes in bed. So recently I decided to start getting into shape because boxing was starting soon, this way I wouldn't get my ass kicked. So i began jogging, started slow, worked up, 10, 20, 30 minute jogs. And also did some push ups and crunchies just to build some strength. And I began to slowly last longer in bed. 3, 4 ,5 minutes and longer some days.

Edit: I also began to have harder erections.

Oh and FYI I'm only 16...So I haven't quite mastered sex yet.

The erections have to do with blood flow, which is most certainly aided by cardio. I went through a six year dry spell so I have no idea if its my age or health that changed things for me in that arena. Probably a little of both.

Crunches will defiantly make you last longer in bed, I read somewhere that the tiered the stomach and hip muscles the longer you will last.
But If your poppin you love loads too soon try thinking about sand. Thats what I did when I first started and now I'm 21 and can last a whole 4 and a half in and outs!!!!

For sure! Drugs and alcohol make a big difference. I have a friend that took some medication for anixety and he told me that he was frustrated because he was lasting too long.

There comes a point in sex where you just go numb (for men and women) and that makes it harder too.

In my experience and many others, The techniques of focusing on other things do not work as well just relaxing and getting your breathing down.

By biting ur cheek or thinking about baseball, your still subconsciously trying to block out the "oh shit, not now, oh shit hoooldddd on to it...."

I tried those techniques and they just added more stress to the situation. Believe it or not deep breathing can add a lot to time in the sack. Nerves and purposely NOT thinking about sex just creates more stress and will make your breaths more shallow.

20 minutes is a cake walk now. Its to the point where I choose when to "go", not the guy downstairs haha. It is all mental...

So in conclusion, let the sexual thoughts flow through ur mind while getting it on, doesnt mean you have to have a in depth fantasy so u bust, but it also doesnt mean u must think about race cars or old women playing badminton haha.
Do this while taking deep breaths and you'll be on ur way to being in total control of your orgasm. When u start to notice yourself taking short "oh shit not now breaths" take a step back and breath deeper.

*** To back up my technique, Sting and many other celebrities that claim to last for hours upon hours use the ancient sexual breathing techniques of Tantra, which so happens to focus on proper breathing... ***

Now get out there and leave some baby batter on some hoes!
