And we're underway early! Prelims: Ben Saunders beat Ryan Thomas by submission (armbar) at 2:28 of round 2. Chris Wilson beat Steve Bruno by unanimous decision, 3 30-27s. Jon Jones beat Andre Gusmao by unainmous decision, 2 30-27s and 1 29-28. Jones got warnings but no deductions for 2 low blows. Cheick Kongo beat Dan Evensen by TKO (strikes) at 4:55 of round 1. Tamdan McCrory beat Luke Cummo by unanimous decision, 1 30-27 and 2 29-28s. PPV: Demian Maia beat Jason MacDonald by submission (rear naked choke) at 2:44 of round 3. Kenny Florian beat Roger Huerta by unanimous decision, 3 30-27s. Rob Emerson beat Manny Gamburyan by TKO (strikes) in 12 seconds. Brock Lesnar beat Heath Herring by unanimous decision, 3 30-26s. UFC welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre beat Jon Fitch by unanimous decision, 2 50-44s and 1 50-43, to retain the title. Rampage in the house tonight.
Florian dedicated his win to Jorge Rivera's daughter who died recently.

Basically the same. I like Jason for the fact that he is a Canadian, but I don't think he is winning this fight. As with any close fight, a good match is all I ask for.

I'd like to see Macdonald pull off the upset too, but even with his great ground game I can only see him escaping submissions for so long. Maia's BJJ is unbelievable
I have Maia by sub in the second.

I was almost tempted to go with that to but i think kenny will beable to finish him late. Im hoping i can do good on this event to make up for how much ive sucked at other events lately.

Hmm, didnt see Ben pulling out a sub... oh well, at least i got the round right. First time ive picked the first fight correctly in a while.
