Explosive Dana White Radio Interview
Dana White just got finished with an explosive radio interview on Hardcore Sports radio. I don't have a link yet, and I joined halfway, but here are some highlights:
--He is obviously very unhappy with Roger Huerta. He basically called him a moron for complaining and bitching about PR. Said he hasn't beat anyone to justify millions of dollars that he's demanding, but if he beats Kenny Florian it's a different story. (This week in the Observer, Dave Meltzer reported Huerta is asking for a bigger contract than BJ Penn has.)
--Rampage Jackson is "okay" now. After he was arrested, he was in psych evaluation, and they found there was no psych problem. It was exhaustion and dehydration that caused delirium, and he will be at UFC 87. He has legal problems, but he is physically and mentally better. From the sound of this, they are 100% behind him.

with so many light weights i think the ufc should just cut huerta loose, he doesn't deserve millions yet he needs to beat some top 10 guys, if he does beat florian i think the ufc should give him sherk next or someone tough only guy huerta has beat is guida and he was losing that match i like huerta but i must admit this and i did read the article i think if you have problems with your employers you should keep it behind closed doors and not shoot your mouth off

Exactly right - it's not smart, it just makes it harder on yourself because the UFC is forced publicly defend itself.

The thing I don't understand is why Huerta thinks he deserves more money then a guy who has won a title at WW and at LW and he's only fought one guy that could be considered in the top 15 at LW.
Dana doesn't seem to happy with him because he pretty much built this kid up and made him where he is today and now Huerta is pulling a Tito and spitting in Dana's face.
The funny thing is if he doesn't win against Kenny he won't have a leg to stand on and he will probably try and go to affliction.......which does absolutely nothing to the LW division.

Haha, roger thinks he deserves more money than penn? He must be out of his mind. I dont want to see him leave the ufc but hopefully kenny puts him in his place.

wow man. retarded on huerta's part. Kenny is more of a well rounded righter anyway.
This might just be purposeful bad PR by Huerta. My guess he would like to be in the "big fish, small pond" scenario for ego purposes... Take a title at a lesser company and prob make more doing it... Think hes just starting the PR choo choo train haha. Next stop Affliction, ALL ABOARD!!!!!!!!!
OR
Could be purposeful PR by Dana to create more buzz than Affliction, and get main card more buzz... lol Roger and Dana grab a pint and a laugh after haha. conspiracy theory 101

I agree.... The UFC has spoon-fed Roger his fights they have definatly taken care of the guy, I'm not saying he didn't win the fights on his own nut I think the UFC is smart enough to realize having a Hispanic do well would help them in that demographic.....

Like I said to those who attacked me the other day.......... Rampage didn't become bipolar from an ass whoopin. I'm sure you still doubt what I've said, but I think that this quote proves that I was right and that those who attacked me should educate themselves a little more before jumping to conclusions ;^)
And btw, isn't this like the third, 4th excuse we've head?
biplolar...schizophrenic...lost a contact....exhaustion...delerium...
its becoming funny now ...lol

Well bad mouthing the company you work for publicly is always bad its forces the company to do the same to you. But I have to agree with Dana he hasn't beaten anyone to ask for a huge payday.
